1. Illinois State(17-4)- #1 in the Missouri Valley over Wichita State so they are number 1 on this list
  2. Middle Tennessee(16-3)- Dropped a tough game to Georgia State, but are still looking good starting C USA play with two huge wins vs UAB and Rice, with veteran leadership from their upset run last year they are a scary team and are the highest seeded Mid Major in bracketology.
  3. Wichita State(16-4)- Fell to Illinois State in a tough game so they dropped to #3 on this list.
  4. UNC Wilmington(18-2)- This team closed their non conference play with a loss to a super hot Clemson team and trust me they did not hang their heads after that double digit loss. The Seahawks are still in the drivers seat with only 2 losses, but the Colonial Conference will be tough.
  5. New Mexico State(17-2)- This team has been sneaky good, but in an easy conference, They have good non conference wins against Arizona State and New Mexico, but also fell to New Mexico and Colorado State.
  6. Akron(15-3)- The one dominate force I see within the MAC are the Zips and they only have 3 non conference losses so here they are.
  7. Nevada(16-3)- From the phenomenal Mountain West the Wolf Pack are a great team with just 3 losses. Look out for them to make a run in March even if they do not win the Mountain West.
  8. Vermont(15-5)- Leader of the American East Conference and are a 12 seed in Joe Lunardis Bracketology.
  9. Valpo(15-4)- The Crusaders are back on the list after regaining the Horizon league lead after Oakland’s 2 straight losses.
  10. Belmont(12-4)- Belmont out of the Ohio Valley are undefeated in conference, but we will see how long they can last on top in a tough conference.
